WHO ARE WE?

High Mountain Bread is a rustic, local eatery that recently had its soft open in East Ellijay, Georgia with a focus on ready-made breakfast and lunch, seasonal specials, and artisan bread to satisfy cravings.

 

It all began in 2020 when two friends reconnected to join forces and start a bread company in Northern Georgia. Owner and head baker, Pedro Sanchez, called on his best friend Marvin Jacobson, for his years of restaurant experience to help create timeless rustic recipes and baked goods worthy of the Appalachian Mountain lifestyle. Stop by, say hi, and leave with something tasty.
